What if my order arrives broken or damaged?

We package every order with the utmost care to ensure it arrives to you in one piece. Although rare, if your order is damaged upon arrival to you, we will replace the item(s) right away. Please contact us as soon as the order is received so we can organize a new shipment for you!

Is there an option to customize my order?

Absolutely. Please use the "custom order" listing to organize a personalized planter, and add any customizations in the "Notes" field at checkout. We love putting your creative ideas on our planters!

Is there a discount for bulk orders?

Yes! For bulk orders (10+ planters), contact us before ordering to receive discount information.

How fast will my order ship?

We ship from our workshop in Toronto, Canada. Our processing time to create your order is between 5 - 10 days, and then it will be shipped in the time below:
~ USA: 2-7 business days
~ Canada: 2-8 business days
~ UK/Australia: 2-6 weeks

Can I return my item?

If you do not love your piece, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we make a mistake on your order. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

If any items are damaged during transport, please contact us with a picture.

Any items that are returned to us due to wrong address / refusal or being un-deliverable, will receive a refund minus shipping cost and any additional fees we might had to pay to receive it back.
